Refund Policy

At VISION WARP SOLUTIONS LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and digital services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves custom design, digital assets, and creative production, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business.

By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to, brand identity design, logo design, motion graphics, animation, web design, UI/UX design, social media content, and 3D visuals. These services are customized and created specifically for each client, making them non-returnable once work has begun.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Before Work Begins

You may request a full refund if the request is made before any work has started. Once the project has been initiated, refunds will no longer be available except under specific conditions outlined below.

After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not provided due to the time, effort, and resources invested. However, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not progressed beyond an initial concept stage
  • No deliverables have been finalized or delivered
  • A formal request is submitted explaining the reason

After Delivery of Work

Once final files, concepts, or deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued. This includes digital assets, design files, animations, or completed project materials.

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize client satisfaction and offer revisions based on the service package selected. If you are not satisfied with the initial result, we encourage you to use the included revision opportunities rather than requesting a refund.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit may be subject to extra charges.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Delays caused by the client (lack of communication, missing content, etc.)
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after agreed revisions are delivered
  • Failure to provide clear project requirements
  • Completion of the project as per the agreed scope

6. Subscription or Package Services

If you purchase bundled or package-based services:

  • Refunds are only applicable to unused portions of the service
  • Completed portions are non-refundable
  • Discounts applied to packages may be recalculated if partially refunded

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time by contacting us. Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation, as outlined in this policy.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of ongoing projects
  • Loss of access to delivered work
  • Legal action if necessary

We reserve the right to provide evidence of completed work and communications to payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) in response to disputes.

9. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take between 5 to 10 business days.

Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where we are unable to complete a project due to internal issues, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

11. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
